Shaji George editor@puiij.com
This paper examines systematic failure of mega -mergers rather than financial projections, it focuses on human and organizational processes. It indicates that the oversight of people and culture even in big deals fails. It has been found that 70-90 percent of mergers fail to bring about the anticipated value. Conventional analyses are based on the numbers disregarding the cultural, psychological as well as operational realities that determine the success of integration. The article analyzes the case studies of the automotive industry, the media industry, the telecommunication industry, and the financial industry to demonstrate how cultural conflicts, mistrust, and implementation issues defy even the well-invested deals. Conversely, entertainment and tech case studies demonstrate that respecting culture, maintaining the leader, and selective integration strategies will result in improved outcomes. The study relies on qualitative case studies and a summary of available data concerning mergers. It creates structures on how to judge cultural fit, complexity on how to manage integration and it decides between organic growth and acquisitions. Results suggest that the incentives are misaligned, a short-term orientation, and excessive confidence in the financial models are factors that steer mergers despite poor previous results. The research provides practical recommendations to the executives, employees, and investors. It emphasizes that sustainable growth shall be focused on balancing human aspects and financial objectives.
2025-12-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 https://puiij.com/index.php/research/article/view/205 Dynamic Product Placement and AI: How Virtual Advertising is Transforming Brand Engagement in Streaming Media 2026-01-20T05:21:21+00:00 Dr. A. Shaji George editor@puiij.com
The advertising industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation as Dynamic Product Placement (DPP) and Virtual Product Placement (VPP) technologies leverage artificial intelligence to embed brands directly into video content without interrupting viewer experience. This paper discusses how scene-intelligence systems using AI search through finished movies, television series, creator content, and live events to identify product placement opportunities. It is then possible to render products digitally to appear native to the original scene. Based on industry data, effectiveness studies, and economic projections, the study examines how context-sensitive insertion functions, how personalization can be done at the viewer level and how real-time rendering accepts in-content placements as programmatic inventory. The results indicate that VPP is better than the conventional commercial breaks. Research claims up to 35 percent increase in buying after VPP are used alongside traditional advertisements, and ratings of viewers preference that are ten times higher than those of mid-roll interrupts. Nevertheless, this change is also fraught with significant questions regarding disclosure and data privacy, as well as the normalization of invisible marketing. In a wider $930billion digital advertising ecosystem, the virtual advertising market is expected to expand by 7.1 billion in 2024 to 25.1 billion in 2033. The marketing stakeholders, content creation, technology platform, and policy stakeholders will be forced to traverse the difficult intersection of innovation, effectiveness, and ethical responsibility.
2025-12-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 https://puiij.com/index.php/research/article/view/206 Kālidāsa’s Ethical Aesthetics: A Study of Dharma and Cosmic Harmony 2026-01-20T05:23:38+00:00 Laxman Majhi editor@puiij.com
This article explores Kālidāsa’s profound articulation of dharma, the eternal principle of cosmic order and human duty, as depicted in his timeless Sanskrit kāvyas. Drawing from the Rāmāyaṇa, Mahābhārata, and Purāṇas, Kālidāsa weaves a literary tapestry that illuminates the multifaceted nature of dharma as both a universal law and a personal obligation. Through an analysis of his works, including the Raghuvamśa, Kumārasambhava, and Abhijñānaśākuntalam, this study examines how Kālidāsa presents dharma as a guiding force for gods, humans, and societal roles, emphasizing its role in harmonizing individual actions with cosmic balance. By situating Kālidāsa within the Vedic tradition, this article underscores his contribution to the preservation of eternal values, offering insights into the interplay of dharma with the puruṣārthas artha, kāma, and mokṣa. The analysis reveals Kālidāsa’s poetic genius in crafting narratives that transcend time, inspiring humanity to pursue a balanced and virtuous life.
2025-12-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 https://puiij.com/index.php/research/article/view/207 The Position of Women in Domestic Rituals According to the Āpastamba Gṛhyasūtra: A Textual Analysis 2026-01-20T05:26:16+00:00 Dr. Niranjan Sabar editor@puiij.com Srabani Maharana editor@puiij.com
The Āpastamba Gṛhyasūtra, one of the foundational texts of the Kṛṣṇa Yajurveda tradition, offers significant insights into the structure and conduct of domestic rituals (gṛhya-karmāṇi) in early Indian society. Women, as central figures within the household, play a crucial yet nuanced role in these ritual practices. This study undertakes a textual analysis of the Āpastamba Gṛhyasūtra to critically examine the prescribed position, responsibilities, and participation of women in domestic rites such as marriage (vivāha), conception and birth rituals (garbhādhāna, sīmantonnayana, jāta-karma), upanayana, and daily śrauta-smārta observances. The analysis highlights that although the patriarchal framework situates the male householder (gṛhapati) as the primary ritual agent, the presence and ritual purity of the wife (dharma-patnī) are essential for the completeness and efficacy of household rites. Women are acknowledged as co-performers in rituals like vivāha, actively contribute to rites concerning fertility and household well-being, and their roles as mothers and custodians of familial continuity receive doctrinal recognition. At the same time, restrictions linked to life-cycle conditions, purity codes, and Vedic recitation reveal limitations imposed on their ritual autonomy. By contextualizing these prescriptions within the broader socio-religious milieu of Vedic domestic life, this paper aims to present a balanced understanding of women’s ritual agency as reflected in the Āpastamba Gṛhyasūtra, thereby contributing to ongoing discourses on gender, ritual authority, and dharma in early Indian textual traditions.
2025-12-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 https://puiij.com/index.php/research/article/view/208 Status of Plants as Depicted in Oṣadhisūkta of the Ṛgveda Saṁhitā: IKS Perspective 2026-01-20T05:28:57+00:00 Dr. Dharmendra Das editor@puiij.com
Plants have status of divine mother as stated by the Vedic seers. It has been thought that quadratic expectation might carry some more properties which are still unknown to us. One of its possible unknown properties has been identified and derived in this study which has been presented here.
2025-12-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026
